How Does Jeffrey Coach?

The coaching process:

An introductory coaching session. Think about a situation or issue that you would like to explore, so we can get to know each other.
You will have an opportunity to get to know my style, as we work together on strategies toward finding you a solution or achieving your goal.
Once you decide to proceed with coaching, we will design a coaching plan to meet your needs and budget. A typical plan consists of three 45-minute sessions each month, with emails and short calls between meetings, if needed.
Upon completing our plan, I will send you a welcome package, which will include our coaching agreement, our agreed-to expectations, and my commitment to you to facilitate the coaching partnership.
My fee is $350 - 1,000 per month. If you have financial constraints, please feel free to let me know. My desire to work with you supersedes a fixed fee structure.
