Jeffrey has been my coach for over a year. When we started working together, I already knew what my lifelong dream was, so we didn't actually have to go through the exercise of determining what my dreams/goals would/could be. This saved us some time.

My problem was getting started on making my dream a reality. My short-term dream is to get out of High Tech and become a successful broker in Real Estate.

My long-term dream is to own a small hotel on a white sandy beach in an exotic location.

Jeffrey has helped me develop an initial business plan for my short and long-term goals, which includes a marketing plan for my real estate activities.

I've also been actively doing research on properties in Mexico and Central America and working on a financial plan to determine what properties are appropriate. Without Jeffrey 's help I would still think "pie in the sky" and yes, "one day I'll do this…" and in 10 years I'll still say ah yes… "one day I'll do this…"

Jeffrey is helping me make my dreams a reality. He's an awesome coach. He makes me accountable for my weekly / monthly activities to get to that short and long-term goal.

My coaching experience with Jeffrey, simply stated, has been great. Jeffrey and I have been working together for about a year now, and the amount I have accomplished with him surprises even me. I am a college student majoring in computer science, and I have a small business on the side. Jeffrey helped me allocate my time effectively; achieving balance between school, work, and fun. With Jeffrey’s help, I have been working on my business to increase my skills with computers and web design. As a result, I make more money than most people do per hour at my age. Jeffrey has shared his extensive knowledge of how to run a business with me, and has taught me a great deal about how to succeed. I have managed, as a result, to be self-employed in a job that I really enjoy. I can always depend on him giving me objective advice on how to overcome obstacles to reach my goals. Hi Jeffrey,

One of the biggest benefits I received from Jeffrey’s coaching was setting my foundations.  Cleaning up unfinished business is one of them.

I was reflecting today about how much me, individually, and Chris and I, jointly have accomplished since you coached me.  You definitely were a "catalyst" to our positive change and foundation-building for me/us.

You have also helped direct me.  By working through many things I realized that I probably have ADD, and that's ok.  I'd rather know and do something about it than just spin in circles for the rest of my life.  I am addressing this.  I took a class and met a lady at our community college who has offered to support me in my ADD journey.  This in turn got me a referral to an outstanding ADD doctor, recommended by one of her students who has ADD and thoroughly researched and found this doctor. In fact, this student and I talked on the phone and his wife is also willing to talk with Chris and me about their ADD experiences.

I have had many shifts while working with you and I believe our sessions have directed me to other shifts since.  Thank You!

A valuable thing I learned was to reduce tolerations with relationships that detract from where I'm going.  I cleared out people who were bringing me down and am learning how to handle this better all the time.  Discernment, ah, yes!!

You helped direct me to what "Laura wants to do", and that is be a Landscape Designer.  That is still my goal but foundational things need to be in place for a long-range plan.  As part of the foundational prep work, I put in to place a specific landscape design curriculum program.  I also have the support of the Adaptive Learning Dept. to meet my special needs.  This will all lead to success.

You also provided me organizing tools to help me get rid of the clutter. I'm still working on them, but I "know" how to implement them now.  I'm thinking of your calendar system. Some of what I learned from you is being repeated in my Adaptive Learning class at Foothill.

I'm working with another person who has taken your foundations workshop and is establishing her foundation as well.  By hearing her foundations story further motivates me to keep working on my foundations.

Thank you for everything.  I hope things are well with you.  It has been a real privilege to know and to work with you.  You are a delightful man, so positive, helpful, encouraging, and available.

Jeffrey was wonderful to work with. My meetings with him were such an escape from the every day grind. I was able to take deep breaths, slow down, and really think about what I want and who I want to be. Jeffrey is a fantastic listener who provides new ways of looking at tough situations, making them seem much more manageable. He helped me come up with ways to decrease my stress and the amount of time I spent worrying. Now I am more relaxed, focused, and positive. He also helped lead me down a path to a potential new career.
